Growing up I was an active kid. I ran track, soccer and played pick-up volleyball. After high school, I needed an outlet for my competitive nature. I dabbled in bodybuilding, powerlifting, OCR, and strongman. But none were a good fit. I found CrossFit in 2013 and loved the balance of strength and skill. I enjoy all aspects of athletic training, but the barbell has always been my focus. I became a specialist in Olympic weightlifting and recently reached the national level. I have a passion for strength training and helping others realize their athletic potential.
