Growing up, health and fitness were never a big part of my life. In my late 20's to early 30's I bounced around often, trying multiple gyms and different forms of fitness. It wasn't until 2015 that I found CrossFit. I remember walking in scared to death, standing in front of the white board trying to read what looked like a foreign language. But there was this pure energy and community I had never experienced before. All it took was the first WOD and I was instantly hooked. CrossFit has become an integral part of my life. It not only makes me a better person in the gym, but outside as well. I've become healthier and stronger than I've ever been while gaining priceless friendships in the process.
