CrossFit Kids is all about helping your child move better, grow stronger, and have fun doing it!
Our classes are designed to introduce kids to fitness in a positive, encouraging environment. Each 1-hour session is packed with age-appropriate activities, skill-based drills, and functional movements that improve coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility.
We focus on proper movement mechanics first, then gradually build intensity—all while keeping it fun through games, challenges, and teamwork. Along the way, kids develop not only physical strength but also confidence, discipline, and resilience that carry over into everyday life.
Whether your child is already active or just getting started, this program meets them where they are. It’s a great way to burn energy, stay social, and build healthy habits—offering an exciting alternative to screen time.
Boys and girls ages 9–13, of all fitness levels. No prior experience needed!
