Each 1-hour group session kicks off with a dynamic warm-up to get the body moving and ready. From there, we transition into a focused 10–15 minute strength or skill segment, designed to build foundational strength, improve technique, and boost confidence. We finish strong with a fun, challenging workout tailored to your fitness level.
